Charlie’s Spot – Norwood is located only a step away from the famous Grant Avenue restaurant strip and conveniently close to shops, malls, a number of golf courses and both central Sandton and Johannesburg.
Charlie’s Spot offers:
- A large, spacious self-catering unit with exterior entrance. This spacious unit includes a lounge with a sleeper couch, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

- A luxury large en-suite room is located in the spacious main house, with access to the kitchen and lounge.
All units have comfortable queen- size beds with 200 thread count Egyptian Cotton linen, towels, TV, Wi-Fi, table and chairs, and a Coffee/Tea Tray. Iron and ironing board available with a laundry and dry-cleaners close by in Grant Avenue.
Charlie’s Spot is situated in a safe, enclosed property and offers limited, safe free parking by arrangement. Secure off-site parking across the street can be arranged. Business facilities like photocopying, internet and email are available, with a Post-net branch just around the corner in Grant Avenue.

The location is particularly convenient and central, every amenity and transport link is very close by. The bed was massive, comfortable and adorned with crisp, fresh linen. The apartment had so much space. Cupboard space was also a plus. I could not have been happier with the lounge, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Plenty of seating space, a sleeper couch, divisions between rooms. Tea and complimentary coffee was a very nice touch.”
